Where can I find resources like PDFs from courses I've participate in?

The best way to find resources from courses you have participated in, is to bookmark them! All pdf's have a bookmark option directly below the title. To view bookmarked resources simply click on the bookmark icon at the very top right of the page next to your avatar.  

You can also view course resources from your dashboard and selecting "View My Learning" and then select "View All" in the Recent Courses section. You will be directed to your My Courses page where you can view all of your courses, download certificates from courses you have completed, and view course resources with the option to search or filter by course facilitator. 

Why can’t I view the PDFs in the Resources? 

Some learners have issues using Edge and Safari to view embedded PDFs. We’ve found that Chrome or Firefox best support embedded PDFs. 

Why can’t I download some of the PDFs in the Resources?

Some resources have strict permissions based on author and publisher requirements. Please check the specific details on the Resources page to learn more.

Can I request a copy of a Power Point from a pre-learning or live session?

Per Hearing First policy, we are not able to make PPT slides available to learners. However, after the course closes registered learners will have full and ongoing access to the learning space, all recordings, transcripts, and 'Dig Deeper' content.

Where can I find the recording of a live session?

Look on the lesson page; we post recordings the day after each live session.

Where can I find course discussions that I've participated in? 

On your Dashboard that can be accessed from the dropdown when clicking on your avatar in the top right when you are signed in. On the dashboard you can scroll to the bottom of the page and select "View My Activity" to see discussions you have participated in or towards the top of the page you can customize the My Insights section for a quick access link to your "Discussions".
