How do I get to my dashboard?

You can access your dashboard in several ways. 

• Click on your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page and select My Dashboard from the drop down menu. 

• Get to your Dashboard from the top of the community homepage. 

• Bookmark the URL on your computer, phone or tablet. 

How can I customize my dashboard Insights?

You can choose up to 5 insights for your dashboard. Click on “Customize” to select your insights. Remember to save by clicking “Update Insights.”

How can I access my courses?

You can access your current and completed courses by clicking on “Go to My Learning” on the side menu or the View My Learning button in the Courses in Progress section. You can also use the Courses in Progress and Completed Courses buttons in My Insights.

How can I monitor my progress in current courses?

As you complete course requirements, the progress bar within the course homepage will update in real time to show your work to-date. 

If you are taking multiple courses at the same time, you can see a snapshot of your progress in all the courses under “My Courses.” 

Where can I get a list of my completed courses and CE download certificates?

You can view a list of completed courses and download individual certificates by clicking on the “Completed Courses” tab in My Learning. 

For a complete list of CE credits and to download all your certificates for a specific CE provider or timeframe, click on the “CE Credits” tab in My Learning.

You can access My Learning by clicking on “Go to My Learning” on the side menu of your dashboard home.

Where can I find Hearing First resources from courses I am taking or have completed?

Resources from courses can be found by clicking the “Course Resources” tab in My Learning.

How can I manage my account settings for sharing, notifications, emails and subscriptions?

You can manage your account settings and the notifications you receive for privacy, activity, subscriptions and subscriptions to courses, forum posts and private messages. To update your settings click on “Edit Account Settings” on the side menu. We recommend that you enable notifications for courses to receive up to date notifications.

You can also manage your setting by clicking on your photo in the upper right-hand corner of the page and selecting “Settings”.

How do I update my profile?

You can update your profile any time with updates on professional roles, job setting, professional affiliations, and areas of knowledge or experience. To update your profile click on “View My Profile” on the side menu.

Where can I find my bookmarked content?

You can access your bookmarks by clicking on the bookmark icon in the upper right-hand corner of any page. You can also view your bookmarks by going to My Activity in your dashboard. To access My Activity, click on “See My Activity” on the side menu of your dashboard home. You can click on the bookmarks button at the top of the page, or scroll down to see your most recent bookmarks.
