Hearing First developed the ability to track assignments so learners could earn more CEU credits for reviewing pre-learning content. This is great news for learners, but there are some limitations. We’re not able to control things like browser and security settings. Overall, the best way to ensure we can track your course progress is to follow these guidelines:

How do I check what course requirements I’ve completed?
On the course homepage and numbered session pages, you can see what requirements you have completed. Note that requirements-tracking data can take up to 24 hours to refresh.
Why are the videos I’ve watched not tracking?
Having pop-ups disabled in your browser will prevent our system from accurately tracking which course videos you watch. If you are using Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox, follow the instructions linked to enable pop-ups.
Why are some videos I’ve watched tracking but not others?
Did you use a different device to watch those videos, such as your work computer vs. your home computer? Having pop-ups disabled in any of your browsers will prevent our system from accurately tracking which course videos you watch. Why are the videos I’ve watched still not tracking after I allowed popups in my browser?
Extensions running in your browser may block videos from being tracked. For example, uBlock Origin is a fairly common extension used for blocking ads, popups, and other trackers. We recommend disabling the extension while watching the video. If your organization implemented the extension that blocks tracking, you may need to contact your IT department for help.
Why is my assignment not tracking even though I received a confirmation email?
We recommend submitting your assignment a second time. If the assignment still doesn’t track, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that requirements tracking can take up to 24 hours to refresh.
