How long will it take me to complete a lesson?

Each lesson takes 20 minutes or less to complete and is broken into bite-sized sections, making it easy to learn at your own pace – whether on a walk, while waiting for an appointment, or during your baby's naptime.

Do I have to go through Lessons 1-12 in order?
